You are correct that the old women's prison building in Goffstown has been demolished. However, the correctional facility [correctional facility][1] was moved to Concord in 2018 and is still operational. The new women's facility is located [behind the men's prison on North State Street][1] Street][2] in Concord, and is visible in the ESRI imagery layer in the TNMCorps editor. Ideally, in a situation like this, the point should be moved to the [correct (new) location][2], location][3], not deleted. This is important for preserving information like the GNIS ID.
Regarding the imagery, check out these other Q&A posts for an explanation of why it is sometimes outdated:

Keep in mind that structures data is somewhat dynamic; businesses close and open and move all the time, so procuring imagery that could reflect all of those changes all of the time isn't feasible. We rely on services that update their imagery every 1-3 years, which is why additional research and reliance on up-to-date authoritative sources is so important. Sometimes you'll need to place a point in the imagery where no building is yet visible, or cross-reference a variety of written and visual sources to verify the location of a feature.
