Northgate Middle School, High School and District Offices in Allegheny County PA Share the same Building. The current point was labeled Northgate Middle/High School. After investigation of the district Website they show two different schools, each having it's own Principal. I looked at streetveiw and there is no name seen on the building but there is a Direction sign saying Middle/High Schoo/ and District Office with and arrow. I made this into 2 point, one for Middle and One for High, is this correct?

Yes, that is the correct approach for representing two distinct schools sharing one building: https://navigator.er.usgs.gov/QandA/questions/391/two-schools-in-one-building-one-point-or-two
