Chrome is the only browser with which we can guarantee optimum functionality of the editor, and we haven't heard from other editors regarding a log out issue, which is usually the case if it's a broader problem. Sometimes background updates impact performance, but usually work themselves out, so if you continue to get randomly logged out, send an email to nationalmapcorps@usgs.gov detailing the issue further and we will forward it to our developers so they can investigate.

Regarding the OSQA, this platform is technically no longer maintained or supported by the original OSQA developers, so issues will continue to popup with this site and will not be resolved. Our own developers have integrated this Q&A and similar functionality into the new TNMCorps editor, but that will not be released to the public until possibly later this year. So unfortunately we are stuck with this glitchy platform for the time being. Sometimes we can't even get our content posted on the Q&A page in a timely manner, so if you would like a more streamlined help-desk experience, it would be more efficient to just email us at nationalmapcorps@usgs.gov.
