posting smaller quakes from current swarm

Noticed smaller quakes have not been posted for off the Oregon Coast. Rule of thumb tells us if this many larger quakes are taking place smaller ones would be too. Say 3.0 & smaller. Are they being filtered out? Keep up the good work & Science On
