In collecting city/town halls in Kentucky, I discovered Franklin City Hall in Franklin, KY, which is described by Google as "in Regions Bank." The physical address for both the bank and City Hall is 117 Cedar Street, Franklin, KY. I found a photograph with a sign on the building designating both City Hall and Regions. The building houses municipal functions, with City Commission meetings, etc. as well as a bank branch. Since the building is not exclusively used by the city, should it be collected? If so, should some reference be made to the bank, perhaps in the comments? |
Yes, since it sounds like this building has full time space designated solely for town business, this city hall can be collected.
