Welcome to the TNMCorps Q&A community!

It has been a while since I've edited post offices. I just edited the Bedford, WY Post Office. However, USPS list this as a "National Retailer". I could not find any information on a "National Retailer". Is this the same as a CPU? Bedford has lobby hours, accepts mail, and performs other services.

Should this be a CPU or a Post Office? Should it be deleted?

Yes, national retailers (such as grocery stores, big box stores, etc.) are technically CPUs since they provide postal services and products in a space not owned or leased by the USPS.

This particular office is located in the Bedford Mercantile building, and provides no delivery services. Because the Bedford Post Office is technically a CPU, the point can be deleted.
