What about a district that has one school K-2 and another school 3-5? I assume K-2 is Elementary, but is the other General?

Both schools could be labeled as 'Elementary,' since they each serve students in elementary level grades. The 'General School' designation is generally reserved for schools with combined programs, such as PreK-8, or K-12.
