Welcome to the TNMCorps Q&A community!

I have a fire station in Franklin County PA that has two Icon with the same name, but two different GNIS numbers. I seem to remember read that I'm suppose to deleted the lower number, but I can't recall if I really saw it.

What should i do?

Yep, this is a case of duplicate points. If they both have a GNIS ID, you should delete the one with the larger number. Check out the Q&A page on duplicate points for more information: https://navigator.er.usgs.gov/QandA/questions/264/duplicate-points
