COPs count as law enforcement features and can be collected. These features are common in areas of high crime where law enforcement officials get more directly involved in the community. "COP" should be spelled out "Community Oriented Policing House" in the feature name.

The Structure Features PDF shows that Law Enforcement Does Not Include: Police offices in shopping malls, so if a COP Shop is in a mall, how should it be handled?

We advise erring on the side of collecting it if referred to as "COP".
