I am getting the message "Saving Failed" at the lower right of the image when I try to enter a new post office. Is there any place to find more information about why the save failed? When I click the message it just goes away. I am thinking that there is a timer on the login since the problem went away when I logged out and then logged back in. |

Please email nationalmapcorps@usgs.gov if you have problems saving a specific point. Please include information about the point so we can research the issue. From time to time this occurs, but shouldn't unless you've been automatically logged out. If you've spent awhile researching a point you might want to hit the refresh button on your browser to be sure you are still logged in BEFORE you start entering all the information, otherwise you might lose it. You should stay logged in for 1-2 hours before automatically being logged out. |
