I am getting the message "Saving Failed" at the lower right of the image when I try to enter a new post office. Is there any place to find more information about why the save failed? When I click the message it just goes away. I am thinking that there is a timer on the login since the problem went away when I logged out and then logged back in.

From time to time this occurs, but shouldn't unless you've been automatically logged out. If you've spent awhile researching a point you might want to hit the refresh button on your browser to be sure you are still logged in BEFORE you start entering all the information, otherwise you might lose it. You should stay logged in for 1-2 hours before automatically being logged out.
