If a structure has a Suite number or a building number or name, where does this information go? Address 1 or Address 2?

The Suite # (or Room #) is better placed on the address 1 field. The address 2 field is typically reserved for a building designator, such as "Building A," "Roosevelt Hall."

In addition, if there is Suite # the address 1 field should be formatted like: 1234 Main Street Suite 1
