Large manufacturing facilities like US Steel often have their own EMS/Ambulance as well as Fire response. However, these are not a high priority for USGS. If information is easily found about these locations go ahead and collect, otherwise it is okay to leave these out and not worry about finding them. It is more important to collect those features which would be handling emergency response to the general public.

To expand on the above response, if you cannot confirm and verify the location or existence of a factory/industrial fire department, please delete those points. Since there is often no Street View option for large industrial complexes, the station buildings are difficult to identify.

If you can confirm the existence of a factory fire department, but not the exact building, it is acceptable to place the point at the entrance of the industrial area. Ideally, the point would be placed on the actual fire station building of course.

If the location and attribute information of such a fire station are easily verified, then please update the point as you would for any other edit.

An example of an industrial fire station is the Chevron El Segundo Refinery Fire Department (http://elsegundo.chevron.com/environmentandsafety/safetyandhealth/onsitefiredepartment.aspx)
