Welcome to the TNMCorps Q&A community!

Just discovered a cemetery in Maryland that is now under the Chesapeake Bay. I can't find any record or information to indicate if the cemetery was moved or not. Also, I can't determine if the coordinate information is accurate. How should I handle this? Should I mark it in place just off the shore in Chesapeake Bay?

We are not collecting graves inundated by lakes or reservoirs, unnamed cemeteries and/or graves, funeral homes. This cemetery sounds like it has definitely been inundated, so we would not collect it.

It sounds like it is a historical cemetery. If so, we don't collect historical cemeteries. What is the name of the cemetery? Thanks.
