If I come across a structure that is represented by the wrong icon, can I update the icon, or should I delete it and add a new point using the correct icon for the structure?

If you come across a structure represented by a completely incorrect icon (for example, a school is represented by a prison icon, or a hospital is represented by a cemetery icon), you should first place a new point on the building using the correct icon, and then delete the point with the incorrect icon.

So if the hospital is represented by a cemetery icon, first add a hospital icon and fill out the information for the hospital, and then delete the cemetery icon.

If you find a structure that is represented by the wrong icon but is the same feature type, update that icon but don't delete it. For example, if an elementary school is labeled with a high school icon, you just have to click on the point, select the correct icon, and update the information. Since they are both schools you don't need to delete the point, just update it.
