Welcome to the TNMCorps Q&A community!

I am trying to delete an elementary school which has been demolished, but I keep getting an error "deleting failed". There is nothing related to this error anywhere so what gives? Are we just supposed to leave non-existent items on the map? Should I delete the name, address, etc. and then save that way? This never used to happen in the old editor.

Hello...it could be a couple of things. First of all, there have been some issues with deletes that have been causing strange behavior. These issues are being address by our development team and should be resolved soon.

It also could be that you were automatically logged out. Hit the refresh button on your browser and see what happens.

In either case try again later or sign in again. If you continue to have issues let us know at nationalmapcorps@usgs.gov or reply back. Thanks!!!
