What should I do when the address that I get from original sources are not precise or specific? For instance: reservation schools that have addresses that are not present on neither google maps nor navigator maps. Even if I have the correct point location how should I input the address information?

Sometimes we it is possible to get the specific point location of a feature, by satellite imagery for instance, but it is really hard to find the correct address. In such cases the best approach is to get the official address from the best source possible, sometime even by calling, and put the obtained info in the address field. even if after this you are not 100% satisfied with the address put a comment on the edit, press shift + c before you hit save to close a changeset and allow the comment box to appear and then press shift + c after you comment it. If you have two addresses for your point, a pair of roads connect the addresses by using the word "and". The key part to keep in mind in these situations is to always comment whenever there is something that brings exceptions the rules.

Yes, occasionally addresses will be very hard to verify. You can always try calling the entity in question, but if you cannot find an authoritative source to confirm the address, it is acceptable to enter a single street name (e.g. Main Street), or intersection (e.g. Main Street and 4th Avenue). This is likely to be common with cemeteries and rural fire stations.
