Hi msean21,

To officially answer your question, the EMS/Ambulance/Fire stations that service large manufacturing facilities are not a high priority for the USGS. For many of these emergency services stations it is difficult to pinpoint their actual location, and many times a point will end up on the main entrance to the overall facility.

You do not need to worry about adding factory based EMS stations to the map. It is more important to collect the features that handle emergency response to the general public.

Hi msean21,

Can you provide more information about what you mean by "factory based EMS"? Your mention of US Steel makes me think that maybe you are referencing Energy Management Systems, not Emergency Medical Services.

US Steel has it own EMS in case of accidents. They are on the county list of EMS station, to include their own Station Number. Should they be collected or are you only interested in Ambulances services that support the general public?

Do they have a website you can share so I do a little more research? It looks like US Steel has multiple locations. Do they each have an EMS station? Thanks!
