Formating, St or Saint for city field

0	In the formatting guide it says to use Saint as opposed to St in the TITLE field. I didn't see anything about the CITY field. In the case I am looking at, the authoritative website uses "St" what should I use? formatting format asked 21 Mar '16, 10:23 mprgal 86●12●12●15 accept rate: 0%
