Welcome to the TNMCorps Q&A community!

My local school district has a new early childhood center. I called to see if it was just pre-k and was told that there are a few kindergartners there. Map it or no?

If they are calling it an early childhood center, I would not map it.

Based on a change in guidelines from August, I suggest not adding new preschools but you may verify existing schools.

August 2015 update: The current status is preschool features that have been verified do not need to be deleted. Preschool features that have been deleted do not need to be rectified at this point in time, as the school data will be updated and the preschool data will be more complete.

I feel that early learning centers run by a school district, located in a public school building, and staffed by certified teachers should be included. Most of these are located in a building on the school campus. All others should be deleted. Will do what you want though.

Any preschools you encounter should be deleted since these are not structure features we are currently collecting.
